So you’ve bought all your wigs, hair extensions or weaves, but what terms have you actually made in in that transaction?

Payment Guide
We think that shopping should be fun and so we offer a range of ways to pay that are secure and convenient.

All payments are secure and we do not keep any of your credit card details. We do not have access to your credit card information at any time.

We accept credit card payments through Pay Pal.

If you are shopping from the UK, Europe North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.

If you’re paying through PayPal we are committed to only shipping to PayPal confirmed addresses from PayPal verified accounts.

You can confirm your address registered with PayPal by logging into your PayPal account and following the instructions.

However, if you’re unable to confirm your address with PayPal, we are unable to accept a PayPal payment.

Other Ways To Pay – Bank Transfer
Using the details on this site you can pay directly into our business account.

Other Ways To Pay – Western Union or MoneyGram
You can also pay for your items by Western Union or Moneygram.

Delivery Guide

When We Ship
Hmm, just when can you expect your item to be sent? Well to keep our costs down and to offer the lowest prices, here at Peruke, we ship items by 2PM on Mondays, Wednesdays, Friday. Items are only sent if the payment is received in full and has cleared. Any order made after 2PM on these days will be shipped on the next scheduled shipping day.

Items are not shipped (posted) on Saturdays, Sundays or UK Bank and Public Holidays (such as Good Friday and New Year's Day).

Items are not sent to PO Boxes (as all items require a signature from the receiver).

Within the UK
Royal Mail cannot deliver items if the delivery address isn't permanently occupied, or if access is unsafe, impractical or unreasonable. If this happens, Royal Mail will try to contact whoever the mail is addressed to and ask them to collect it. If Royal Mail are unable to get hold of them, or they don't collect the mail in time, the item will be treated as undeliverable and returned to us. If this happens and you still want the item, there will be a postage charge for sending the item a second time; when this payment has been made (subject to the payment terms above) the item will be re-sent.

Outside the UK
Royal Mail is unable to deliver an item if the item has been sent to an address outside the UK using a service that isn’t accepted by the country it’s addressed to, it will be returned to us.
In this instance, you will be refunded in full (excluding postage)

We do not accept any responsibility for delays in delivery caused by incorrect delivery addresses. In this instance if the item is returned to us and you still want the item, there will be a postage charge for sending the item a second time; when this payment has been made (subject to the payment terms above) the item will be re-sent.

However, when sending to countries outside of the European Union, we are required by law to provide information about the contents of the package on the customs documentation.

How We Ship
We keep the packaging and postage costs as low as possible by using large padded envelopes to send items - this means that Royal Mail classifies items as large letters and not small parcels.
It also means that the items arrive in discreet packaging with only your name and address our return address (without our name) on the package.

All items are sent using Royal Mail, 1st Class with proof of delivery via a signature from the receiver.
Items should arrive within one to three days of posting.

Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day delivery) is not currently used (as the majority of our UK customers do not ask for this service and prefer to avoid the higher postage costs associated with this service).

European orders are sent by Royal Mail with proof of delivery via a signature from the receiver; tracking codes are available upon request.
Items should arrive within five to seven days of posting.

Import duties do not apply to the European Union.

Outside Europe
Orders to anywhere outside of Europe are sent by Royal Mail with proof of delivery via a signature from the receiver; tracking codes are available upon request.
Items should be with you within five to seven days of posting.

The Complete Peruke Guide cannot be held responsible for any import duties that you (the recipient) may have to pay. Please check your country of origin’s regulations about any applicable charges or duties.

By law, we must declare the contents of your item on the customs documentation.

Custom Wigs
This service is not provided.

Lost Items
As all items are sent via Royal Mail, The Complete Peruke Guide does not assume responsibility for lost or damaged items during transit and so all claims are to be made through the postal service.

Claims for lost items can only be made 15 working days (25 working days for international orders) after the products were posted, so it’s best to allow this time to pass. You can of course always contact us if unsure and we’ll check the tracking of your item where applicable (international orders).

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are per item and are calculated at the checkout.

Returning an Item
Here at Peruke, we want you to adore your item and to this end, we thoroughly inspect every individual item prior to shipping. We also know that sometimes people change their minds and here at Peruke, that’s OK with us.

Returning Wigs, Hair Extensions and Accessories
If you would like to return a product simply because you’ve changed your mind, notify us and send it back within 24 hours of receiving it and we’ll give you a refund for the item, excluding postage costs.
If we are not notified that the item is to be returned and if the item is not returned within 24 hours, it cannot be returned. These terms apply Monday - Saturday.

For items received by you on a Saturday notify us and return the item on Monday

To obtain a refund the item must be in its original packaging unused; this means that it has to be in the exact condition in which it was sent to you. For lace wigs and lace frontals the lace must not have been cut, torn or dyed. For all products, adhesive must not have been applied; the hair must not have been washed or conditioned or subject to any type of product (including styling products). The hair must be free from dust, pet hair and odours.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to refund the item if it appears to have been used or altered in any way and we’ll contact you to advise of you this.

For wigs and hair extensions, please send return the item using Royal Mail 1st Class recorded so that proof of delivery requires our signature.

The above is in addition to your statutory rights.


Sales items, clearance items and end of line items, ex-display items, items described as "seconds" (which contain clearly outlined faults) are sold as seen and cannot be returned. These transactions are final.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Adhesives and Removers
Due to the nature of these products we’re not able to refund or exchange these items and so all purchases are final.
