So you’ve bought all your wigs, hair extensions or weaves, but now what? Payment GuideWe think that shopping should be fun and so we offer a range of ways to pay that are secure and convenient. For details on the guidelines for payments on this site please read on.
PayPalWe accept credit card payments through Pay Pal. If you are shopping from the UK, Europe North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. If you’re paying through PayPal we are committed to only shipping to confirmed addresses. You can confirm your address with PayPal by logging into your PayPal account and following the instructions - easy. However, if you’re unable to confirm your address with PayPal, we are unable to accept a PayPal payment. Other Ways To Pay – Bank TransferUsing the details on this site you can pay directly into our business account. Other Ways To Pay – Western Union or MoneygramYou can also pay for your items by Western Union or Moneygram.
Delivery GuideHmm, just when can you expect your item to be delivered, well to keep our costs down and to offer the lowest prices, here at Peruke, we dispatch deliveries within seven days of the payment being received . (If there aren’t any issues, payment is received the same day it is made). However if you would like your item to be delivered now, now, now(!) we’re happy to accelerate orders placed before 2PM Monday to Saturday – additional charges apply for this service. UKOrders within the UK are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery (Next Day) or Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery. All wigs, hair extensions (including clip-on extensions) are sent via Special Delivery (Next Day).Any order that contains wigs or hair extensions and supplies/accessories are sent by Special Delivery. Orders that are accessories and/or supplies are sent via First Class Recorded Mail. Your Items arrive within 10 days.
Europe European orders are sent by Royal Mail Airsure and are insured to the full value of the order. Delivery within Europe takes approximately three and seven days. Your items arrive in 13 – 17 days Import duties do not apply to the European Union.
Outside EuropeOrders to anywhere outside of Europe are sent by Royal Mail Airsure and are insured to the full value of the order. Deliveries outside of Europe takes between four and ten days and, as we’ve kept costs low by not using UPS or FedEx we’re able to guarantee a delivery time; but don’t worry – you will receive your products, especially since you will need to be available to sign for the package. Your items arrive in 14 – 20 days The Complete Peruke Guide cannot be held responsible for any import duties that you (the recipient) may have to pay. Please check your country of origin’s regulations about any applicable charges or duties.
Custom WigsSince these Perukes are tailored to your individual specification and so made from scratch the delivery time is between four and eight weeks.A great deal of skill and care goes into all of TCPG’s wigs and we guarantee your custom Peruke will be well worth the wait.
Lost ItemsAs all items are sent via Royal Mail, The Complete Peruke Guide does not assume responsibility for lost or damaged items during transit and so all claims are to be made through the postal service. Claims for lost items can only be made 15 working days (25 working days for international orders) after the products were posted, so it’s best to allow this time to pass. You can of course always contact us if unsure and we’ll check the tracking of your item when special delivery has been used.
Delivery ChargesDelivery charges are per item and are calculated at the checkout. Returning An ItemHere at Peruke, your joy in your product is our joy in providing it. However we know that sometimes people change their minds and here at Peruke, that’s OK with us.
Returning Wigs, Hair Extensions and AccessoriesIf you would like to return a product simply because you’ve changed your mind send it back within three days of receiving it and we’ll give you a refund for the item, excluding postage costs.To obtain a refund the item must be in its original packaging unused that is to say, it has to be in the exact condition it was sent to you. For lace wigs, the lace must not have been cut.We are unable to refund the item if it appears to have been used or altered in any way and we’ll contact you to advise of you this. For Custom Lace Wigs, please note that general returns are not accepted - this does not affect your statutory rights. For wigs and hair extensions, please send return the item using Special Delivery. For accessories please use Recorded Delivery.
Adhesives and RemoversDue to the nature of these products we’re not able to refund or exchange these items and so all purchases are final.
